In the 'EuroHarmony Capitals Tour ', by mistake i reported leg 22 as EHM-a122
Few days later, i noticed that this leg was disordered and it is at the end of all pireps.
I did all legs in order, but now i have this problem.
I sent a 'Pirep Mistake report' a week ago.No answer untill now.
I tried to do it by myself and reported this pirep again, now as the flight EHM-A122. No way, maybe because different dates in the flight and the date i sent the pirep.
Before i had one problem with my pireps, now  i hve much more....
What do i need?
1 - Delete my pirep EHM-a122, because it is duplicated.
2 - Put the flight EHM-A122, between the flights EHM-A121 and EHM-123. If not, the system thinks that the legs had not been made by order.

Another subject - Avatar
i want to put here an Avatar. In ControlPanel/Options/Edit Profile, i put "", in front where it says Avatar, but when i get out of this page and go to my home the url is not there, the space is empty, the same happens with signature. How can i do this?

Thank you

Luis Nunes

Just hit the EDIT PROFILE button on the bottom of the page, and then the changes will be saved.

Reference the PIREP mistakes - this is an issue I have raised also. At the start of April reorganisation of roles and responsibilities will have taken place and then as I understand it new hub captains will pick up on all the PIREP errors and the system should respond a little quicker then.

I asked the active management to have a look at the PIREP Mistake reports, because they are not being processed the way they should.

Obviously, they are unable to do so. I have some spare time now, so I will process as many PIREP Mistake reports as I can.

All your PIREPS should appear correctly again.

The duplicate PIREP has been removed and they are in order again. The reason why your PIREPS were not in order, is because you made a mistake in the date. If there's still something not OK, please let me know.

Thank you for your patience.

Fixed that for you too ;)

I don't know the precise reason why you couldn't load, but I inserted it via some other way. Hopefully you will not have any problems when you have to update your avate.

But if so... let us know.
