I saw a picture of the new United Livery, I quite like it myself but The fuselage looks like its from the 80's, not that there is anything wrong with the 80's. I was wondering what EHM pilots thought andI wantedto have the 1st topic

There are lots of new airlines starting up now. Couldn't Euroharmony start a real airline too.
Not a low-cost airline but a real quality airline like SIA or Emirates.

Do you mean invest in and build a new airline from scratch and name it EuroHarmony? Don't think that will be possible!

That is mainly because running a real airline is very different from running a virtual one, and i'm betting that none of the management members have the money to support it! :>

Or do you mean attracting people to make a real airline out of EuroHarmony or something?

Just my imagination, EHM would certainly have one of the nicest liveries around.

PS. I doubt that even the Delta Airlines managers have enough money to start one. They also have to work with investors.

We could start a low-cost carrier. It seems this world is starting to flood with low cost airlines, and they all want the Fokker 100 and Airbus A320 as starting a/c.

the only problem of EHM is that its an all-over Europe VA, which would make it much costlier.

Well, if it's going to be a European based low-cost airline, it would be wise to have a Hub in the middle of Europe, like Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris or Frankfurt.

Considering that Europe is already flooded with flag carriers and is going through consolidation, starting a full carrier in that region would be hard.......unless of course a few airlines consolidate into EuroHarmony! :>

If every primary airline of each European country would merge into this super carrier, money would never be a problem anymore

Just think about it for a second: KLM, British Airways, SN Brussles, Air France, Lufthansa, Alitalia, Swiss, Iberia, Czech, Luxair, Malev, Icelandair, SAS, Finnair, Aeroflot...

We would have nearly every modern aircraft in service, including all currently in production Airbus and Boeing aircraft, plus the B737-200, -300, -400 and -500, ERJ135, 145, CRJ-200, -700, Avro, A340-200, MD-80 etc etc except I believe the B717

Just think 95% of planes at every airport would be Euroharmony! It would look so sweet.
Anyway, United's new livery is extremely close to ours! Its kind of cool.

Hmm.. we could sue them, yes.. But I don't know if we could get enough money out of it to make our own airline

and United would pretty much go bankrupt.. I think they're at the limit of their funds

In my opinion United has never had a nice livery apart maybe from the last one, I mean the Gray one.
