takeoff from Sion

Some shots just after takeoff from Sion en route to lisbon for Euroholidays with the fokker 100. You need to go up pretty steep to get over these mountains.

Great shots mate. Is it just my computer or is the 1st one partly red. I encountred these departure problems with the high mountains while departing from Sion to Amsterdam. EHM nearlly lost one of its CRJ's thanks to me!:]

P.S. I just did an ESSA-LSZH flight and when I got to LSZH there were more than 50 planes on the ground! Probably because of all the PAI flies from Switzerland they are taking out. (Cant wait to get to london or amsterdam and see the fuss there!):>

Nice pics - there are some great scenery files for Switzerland that began as thriteen airports and soon grew to far more. Sion is included and as I remember even has hot air balloons floating over the mountains nearby. Really great scenery and a must for the autumn in the alps tour.

I'm kind of an old fashion guy and use a command prompt for FTP. I forgot to type bin to set transfer to binary mode. Apearently this picture got messed up in non binary mode.
