Airport info outside of U.S.A.

For the U.S.A., there is an organization called "EchoFlight"
that provides both U.S. Terminal Procedures and the actual layout of all airport facitities in the U.S. only.  It cost approx $5.00 U.S. for three months (at which time, you can normally gather all the info you need/want).

My question is--Is there a similar organization in Europe and/or  other countries that we are able to access similar info? I am aware of and use FS Charts.
