Can this be corrected?

aloha,

I just made a flight from EGLL to EDDW (EHM028).
At the gate I got a penalty for opening the door with engines running. However, they were already shutdown.
I think I know what the problem was.....just a minute before Flightlogger frooze and when it was active again it gave me the penalty. In the acars log it shows that everything happened at the same time which was not the case of course. Please tell me that this can be corrected )))
I saved the acars log.

I have also had similar problems with Beacon Lights. I think it is to do with our PC's. I make sure the flight logger shows engine shutdown before completing shutdown procedures
