I can find the e120s in Lisbon, but you can not lock it against flight S001 - only Euroholiday flights on on the list.

The problem is that you can't look the flight LPPT to LPPM with the Embraer 120, in the Pro Piçot.

To fly the Lisbon-Dakar event, you must fly a Embraer120, in the Pro Pilot and the first leg is LPPT-LPPM.

I updated the flightLogger.......this flight is in the FlightLogger now.......but it is not in the ProPilot

You can not lock an Embraer 120 to flight S001 at the website, so you can not fly that flight. Someone need to make it a class 3 flight on the website.

In the logger, S001...S014 flights are stored in Main Div/Class 1, but where are the special Embraers? They do not appear at Lisboa

I tried to lock a S001 flight with the Saab2000, but then in the Flight logger the flight LPPT-LPPM does not show at all. In my logger, not even in the Main Div/Class1 nor with any plane.

You need to use the EMB120 to fly this race,
so that will be why you cannot lock this flight...

I am under the illusion that...

You lock a EMB120 at Lisbon.
When clicking on the Registration, you click on S001 as the flight number.
The flight should be locked.
Open Flight logger and click on PP.
Fly the flight and lock the flight for S002.

There is obviously a problem with the script somewhere along the line...because when i click on the EMB120's at Lisbon, S001 dont appear:s

Just to be clear, the flight has to be made using PP to be eligible... and 1900Z is fast approaching (the official IVAO flight time). It is impossible to do this because the S001 flight does not appear in the PP list on the E120 aircraft at Lisbon, even though the server time is on the 31st Dec.

Has anyone actually managed to reserve in PP the E120s S001 flight? I haven't managed yet. And 1900Z has been and gone

EDIT: It seems that the 'lock flight' procedure is behaving as if S001 is a Main Divison flight, class 1. It allows you to lock it with any Main Division Aircraft as long as it is class 1 2 or 3 (i.e. the same as if it was a Class 1 Main Division Flight). So I think that the problem is that in PP the flight is listed as a Class 1 Main Division Flight (as shown in the Logger) instead of a Class 3 EuroHolidays flight which would allow it to be locked on the E120s instead of the Main Division Class 1, 2, and 3 planes.

Also, the 'server time' function seems to be mucking up also. At no time zone in the US is it currently 03:36 - the mainland timezones range between 14:36 and 17:36 and the island time zones are between 07:36 and 18:36 at the extremes!

Hmm we seem to be getting some problems at the moment. I still think that the locking problem is due to the flights being listed on the timetable as Class 1 Main Division.

I think that as no-one was able to do the first leg, Management are going to need to do something so that the event can go ahead. How about moving it forward one day, if the timetable can be fixed by the end of today?

I was able to do the first two legs though, using the Dornier 328-120 which had flight # S001 to it

Yeah, but to complete the event (and get the award) you have to use the E120. It seems we're pretty well buggered up! :%:o

This problem was unexpected, and we are working to solve it.
Unfortunatly it seems like we have to wait until ca. 22:00 UTC tonight before it will work as planned.
Dont' worry about the time limit for the first legs. We will, og course, expand them so you will be able to fly them.
