ProPilot problem
« on: December 30, 2005, 08:07:18 am »
I did a search about this problem but I cannot seem to find an old thread so here is my problem.

When I am in PP and click on "Fleet Operations" it comes up with the message " The Google Maps key used on this website was registered for a different website. You can generate a new key for this website at http://www.google.com/apis/maps/ ."

Now is it something I am doing wrong or missing or ...?

Thanks for the help in advance :)

Probably happened when the airline changed servers a few weeks ago.

Hi,

Please use the URL www.fly-euroharmony.com and not the www.euroharmony.com .

If so, then this is the problem.

Indeed it is, all you need to do in this case Bruno is go to google and register a new key for just Euroharmony rather than Fly-Euroharmony :)

No.

The key is linked to a virtual directory.

For instance, in that case our key is linked to the domain www.fly-euroharmony.com/site/propilot.

We have already another key locked to the www.euroharmony.com due to the new ACARS that Maarten developed, so we cannot have more virtual directories for that 2 sites.

Ok, in that case, maybe you should change the address behind the button so that it connects to the old page  (fly) rather then the new one ?

Jay, the fly-euroharmony.com address is the NEW one. We always used to be euroharmony.com, then due to domain problems we had to switch to fly-euroharmony.com. This has become standard. Then the old euroharmony.com was made active again just to avoid confusion. Although it makes little difference, it is probably better to use fly-euroharmony.com as the address as it the 'current' one (and the ACARS map works).
