Hi Paolo,

There are some good freeware ones, you could try Project AI:
http://www.projectai.com/index.php
This will give you Real World liveries and frame rate friendly aircraft but it takes some time to set up.

If you want to try adjusting your own, then get Traffic Tools from:
http://www.simviation.com/fs2004utilities1.htm

Alternatively if you want true plug and play realistic traffic there are a plethora of payware addons such as Traffic 2005 from Just Flight (I use it and it's not bad for the price)
http://www.justflight.com/en/(b0d4ygjwpuc3oe45ix4h1f55)/index.aspx

If you want to take it to the ultimate level with Real World routes and timetables you could try Ultimate Traffic
http://ultimatetraffic.flight1.net/

Probably the ultimate package is FS Live Traffic from Airnav Systems although at about 15 Euros a month for subscription and only covering the flights to and from the USA you had better have deep pockets. (It takes data from the FAA)
http://www.airnavsystems.com/ANFS/index.htm

Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot both; fortunately, in EHM there are a lot of people that often help principiant flyers like me and I'm very happy of flying for the best VA company in the world. I think I've understood at all yours instructions, and now I'm going to download the files.
Thanks twice,

Hi all,
I've just downloaded ProjectAI and I have the first problems: I can't locate the PAI package file. I tried to open everything in the folder and it works only with PAIinstaller.lib but when it is going to install PAI the PC can't locate the folder Project AI/PAI_install/schedule. What does it means.
Thanks all,
Paolo Mazzoleni

I assumed you've downloaded the PAI installer from the PAI webpage. you need to use that installer to open the .pai files that comes in the special packages that can also be downloaded off that site. from that step onwards the installation is automatic (after a few clicks and selections that is).

is that the problem you face?

No, I think that isn't the problem. I've already downloaded PAI installer for FS9 and when I open that I have to search for a package file for PAI. Which is the right file??
Thanks

I think http://www.projectai.com/packages/ is the page you want.

I tried to use this system some while ago but was losing too much time in the air so bought Traffic 2005 which I find very good. Also have the various packages from www.ultimatega.com

You should download tha PAI files from their website. Each PAI file contains a complete airline: with low polygon aircraft models, aircraft textures, and airline timetable: schedule. They have at least 150 different PAI files.

If you download and install them, you got those airlines flying in the sim. You can create a new BGL file too, that contains only ProjectAI timetables, and it will not screw up your original traffic.bgl. If you download all PAI files you can install them at once :) Just open the downloaded multiple PAI files and the installer will extract, split and install them 1 by 1. It takes about 10 or so minutes to install everything in 1 go ! But after it you will surely enjoy the result !

Good luck mate :)

Hi everyone that patiently helped me,
today I flought in FS and I saw a Project AI aircraft; now I'm downloading many airways, but I have a very big problem: aircraft like Pacifica and all the custom AI aircraft are now fliyng twice. There are always two aircrafts of the same airway distant only 0,4 maximum from theirselves. What I did???
Thanks a lot,
