Dear pilots,
Our Hub Managers are detecting many cheating situations regarding the PIREP's submission.
The most common situations are:
- Repeated PIREP registrations.
- Pilot not flying a EHM airplane (remember that even if you use the Flight Logger, and if it detects an invalid airplane, the PIREP is not automatically checked).
- Pilot not flying the flight at all.
- Pilot using an incorrect airplane for his class/division.
In order to stop these situations, and to have a more fair way to the ones that go by the rules, we will change flight time assignment procedures.
1. When a pilot fills a PIREP and it's not automatically checked, the flight hours are not automatically assigned.
2. After the Hub Manager check the PIREP, the flight hours are added to the pilot.
These new procedures will be applied next saturday, and will count from that day forward.
You will also have the possibility of see what PIREP's are still to be checked, on your pilot private area.
Sorry for the incovenience, but we think that this is the most fair way to have some justice regarding the pilots (fortunately most of) that are flying correctly.
