For those that don't use a (half-way) decent checklist when flying, they just make everything a little easier for you, ensuring that certain things are in a certain position when they are needed to be.

For all the FS2002/2004 default aircraft, and quite a few non-default aircraft, my favourite checklist producer is Werner Schott. His work can be found at the following website:

Word of warning for those of you participating in the US Airmail Pioneers event, Werner's DC-3 checklist is for the MAAM payware model (the FS2002 version specifically, but it works just as well for the FS2004 version).

If you intend to make use of this checklist with the default FS2004 DC-3 during the USAP event, can I suggest you spend a few minutes (at least) working through the checklist and correcting it - particularly, landing lights under PP should not be turned off until passing 10,000 AMSL.

And another thing I have spent time looking for is decent flight plan sheets for VFR simFlying.

These ones aren't perfect, but they are pretty close to the hand-written notes I have been making for myself.

As a bonus to those who have access to an A4 printer with auto-duplex (2 sided printing), you'll find this PDF is perfect for long-edge flipping.
