Thanks to Bruno, we've found an outstanding problem in the Change Profile feature that I've fixed this morning, and as such (touch wood) we've got all the problems fixed, but it needs people to use it for me to be sure, so...
If you have any problems the the Change Profile feature, post them here (don't forget to email me too) and I'll get them fixed.
