Well i will be off for a week and a few days as im heading off to the pyreneese for a bit, as my last Alevel is tomorrow.
We leave around 00:00 to drive all the way down to dover to catch a ferry at some unearthly time! We *should* arrive in Dunquerke and then continue driving through france in a couple of cars and stopping off at various locations for a spot of lunch and some sightseeing. We will be traveling down, hopefully avoiding Paris (congestion) and then through the countryside and down into Toulouse and onwards.
Luckily one of the other guys going has some friends in Toulouse who own a holiday house with a Pool and with the heat through france we will be glad to use it! This is going to be used on the last day as we have a day spare before we drive back up - all i can think of is Poker, pool and beer.
We will be walking for around 4 days and crossing over the boarder into spain accross the "
Brecha De Rolando" (Brech De Roland) into spain to hopefully ascend the mountain "Monte Perdido - 3rd highest in the pyreneese at 3355 metres.
I have provided a route on a map with camp locations Which i have uploaded to my website. The picture is a JPG and is around 5 megs (compressed from 24 lol) and i suggest you open it in a picture editor (i.e. Photoshop, fireworks, Paint Shop pro) as the dimensions are:
