Thx mate, it was a great fun, although I screwed up the approach
This FMC & A/P gives me too much job...it really works different than on the freeware panel/model.
But how the whole thing started:
08:00Z, meeting at Dubai International Airport...but nobody is there ! Fortunately there is ATC at least. An Air France plane is preparing itself.
08:30Z, the first EHM bird pop-up ! Nice !
I prepared everything, so I decided to leave. While I was starting and taxiing, all the participants arrived. A usual shot, when everything was fine:
Then many of the mates fallen off from the network, and only Murray and me left. We had a lot of fun up there
And then came the approach...I somehow missconfigured the FMC, and started decending too late...it was the time when we started to confuse a poor Hungarian ATC guy
Then Murray disappeared during touchdown, and the guy became very nervous, he thought Murray was cheating...meanwhile I catched the localizer...a little high:
Finally me, and the plane survived the bumpy landing, and finally found the correct gate to park. Only 1 survived, but it was still a success
2 hours later...
Again, I am ready for push, but noone is around from us. No no, that is not Gergely
Tom came online for some minutes, but when I started push he suddenly disappeared :s And finally, during my descent to Malmo, a nasty papparazo appeared on my way, and decided to do as many shots of my plane, as he could
I thought I did a lot more evidence on him, but no. Well, another terrible landing with the PMDG beast, and the fly-in finished in the cold and dark southern edge of Sweden.
