problem with Flight Logger?

Today, i flew A124 to Prague, on landing, i broke my nose gear and it was considered crash. It was not a PP flight, however, I got an email saying that it was not considered a crash by PP because it was under 51kts or something.

I got a similar email a few days ago when i crashed on another non-PP flight. I only got this problem since downloading Flight Logger 3.0.7

Is there something wrong with this?

Well I think It's because the PP system is running in the background in FL all the time.
If you fly a non-PP flight you see the penalties, so it's probably just the system that works that way??
