Today EuroHarmony has reached the conclusion of a massive expansion program with the addition of over 500 worldwide destinations to our route network. This expansion is the final phase of the 2006 route update which started with the Atlanta Hub coming on line earlier this year.
The new routes have been added at our busiest hubs in Amsterdam, London, Stockholm and Zurich. Some highlights of these additions include
1) A full schedule of regional operations throughout Sweden and Scandinavia from our Arlanda hub in Stockholm.
2) A massive expansion of our EuroHolidays and EuroBusiness charter divisions which now have a full network of summer and winter destinations from all of our seven hubs. In doing this we have become the first major airline to operate a full charter schedule from Heathrow, the worlds busiest international airport.
3) Due to the increase in profits from our EuroCargo division we have expanded the Cargo network to include the worlds ten largest cargo hubs as well as many other strategic cargo destinations.
4) A major expansion of operations to Africa, the Middle East and Asia. This also completes our operational transition to the new Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. (VTBS)
5) Our airline operates a Real World Mirror from these four hubs meaning that any destination that can be reached from these airports in the real world can also be reached on our schedule.
This now takes the total of our regular scheduled flights to well over 5,000 with many new destinations and countries to visit from our seven hubs in Amsterdam, Athens, Atlanta, Lisbon, London, Stockholm and Zurich.
