Ive started to notice that many planes are starting to fly over my house landing at manchester. I think its because my house is under a route of a STAR into EGCC. So far ive seen lots of new pplanes up close. But I always see they Air Pakistan 747 from New York (dont ask how I know that ). And I saw alot of 737's.

What he ment Tim, was that in the event that you'd ever wanted to sell ur house, that it would be VERY difficult to find any buyers, due to alll the airtraffic going over ur house
