When I decided to take my first flight in a class 2 aircraft I chose the ATR-42. I opened the fuel section to prepare the plane and I discovered something odd. The empty weight of the plane was way to high: 32832 lbs, which ment that I could only take aboard no cargo-passengers and not even half a tank of fuel.
I changed the values in the aircraft.cfg to the values mentioned on the fleet page, and it seems to work well after those changes.
And by the way I checked to see if I didn´t accidentily downloaded the FS2002 version.
So I was wondering did anyone else have this problem? And maybe more important is it ok to change the aircraft.cfg to make these kind of changes or do you have to edit the .air file to?
