A330 Flap ositions(new model)
« on: January 12, 2007, 12:06:34 pm »
I downloadedthe new A330 and it seems to have a variation of the Ken Mitchell mitchel panel as used on the 320 but the flaps seem to go eight twelve or suchlike not the usual five ten fifteen etc is this correct?.
cheers Andy
PS cant just replace panel because that effects the VPanel.

Well for a start, your thinking of the dreadful company Boeing, the flaps on an airbus shouldnt be doing any of those you mentioned..

They have 1, 2, 3 & full setting as far as im aware.

The Airbus flaps moves in a different system as in Boeing. They really use some kind of 8 - 14 - 25 - 35 degrees system, not to mention that the leading edge "flaps" have 2! positions (1 - 8, if I remember well).
