ATC event in the museum of communications
« on: January 21, 2007, 03:36:33 pm »
Hi people, this photo is in the museum of communications. Its directors invited me and my friend Pedro for a demonstration how did that ATC systems work in the 80's. So, we went there and explained to several people who was visiting it some things about Virtual and Real Aviation. Here you have one photo and a little video. This presentation was made in IVAO network. As you can see, we had alter some things in this ATC system so that we can make this event. This museum is in Lisbon.

Me at the left side (LPPC_CTR) and Pedro at right side (LPPT_APP).

WOW, retro style!

It looks like you had great fun at that event...especially using the flight strips!
