Flight logger problem
« on: March 22, 2007, 03:55:07 pm »
Hello
I have just flown only my second flight after a long layoff from Euroharmony using the Flogger and at the end of the flight i could see that it had not recorded the details correctly ie the flight according to flog was only one and a half minutes long ,accars detail appeared to be correct (have saved details)Is there anything i can do?This is annoying as i have enjoyed getting back to EuroH.
cheers Andy

Bouncy take-off Andy? ;D

It's something that is mooted for FLogger v3.0.9, but as far as previous versions go, you will have to manually file a PIREP or re-fly the flight and take off cleanly.

Andy,

I am sure you have probably tried this, but as we have not seen this problem before, is there any other addons that you may have installed recently? Did it happen at EGLL both times? (Maybe you could look for a newer AFCAD file for Heathrow) Is it with the same plane both times?

Basically I guess we need to eliminate whatever we can from the problem solving process so if you could try a flight from different airports with different planes and see if the same situation occurs. The only other problem I can think of is look at your FSUIPC version, make sure it is up to date, also are you running software along side the flight logger that may interfere, possibly FSP or something although I have never heard of a module or addon that uses FSUIPC cause this sort of problem.

Good luck, keep us posted.

Thanks guys its probably something i am doing wrong not having used Flog for quite a while.I had similar problems with another logger at a different VA(What!wash your mouth out)and that was down to me and once sorted out has not failed me since.Next time i use Flog i will pause after takeoff and see if its recording.
Thanks Andy
