Techniques used

To acheive this effect, i made a copy of the layer, then clicked edit, transform and then flip image horizontally...
I then reduced the opacity and positioned the image as appropriate...
Then I erased sections and was left with this, the colour balance and contrast have also been edited to give a more realistic effect.

Woow! You did the heat from the APU aswel!!  :o But what is the grey thing that comes out from it?

I would say that the grey things that comes from the APU is the righ tail fin??

A lot of it is trial and error, however some i learn from other flight sim forums...

Nice effect, you could send this shot to Microsoft and give them an idea of a wet ground for the next FSXI.

Well atleast FSX when the ground is wet does simmer and get plenty of spray when taxiing through it - might have reflected but not sure had water reflections on... will try sometime
