Just found out that the next IFC convention 2007 is going to be held in the best city in the UK:]

I know it's very early, but just wondering whether EHM will have a stall this year once again?

Where did you get that Info Matt? The last I heard it had been canceled and the next event would be in Blackpool in 2008.

All the same, we would not have a stand as the cost is just way too prohibitive for the benefit we gained from the last one.

I must agree with Phil.

I was watching this space closely and planning the flight Birmingham for the event but it looks like one of their sponsors pulled out and the whole thing looks dead in the water.

I think that unless they can get one of the big publishers (M$, PMDG, PSS X-plane) to back this event up, not much would be happening. It will remain irrelevant, small and fragmented. Plus the NEC sounds like a huge venue for an event that would probably look overwhelmed by all this space.

It's a shame as I was quite looking forward to meeting some of the guys in person.
