Hello Drocha and fellow pilots,

your question is very legitimate and one that most new pilots have.
Hence I have some links to help everyone out.

First of all the basics are covered in our own Online Flying Manual to be found in our homepage on the right hand side.

Further information on most topics can also be found at IVAO's training department.
Their Instruction Pack can be found HERE

I would recommend all new pilots to read the Level 1 (L1) parts of the Instruction pack in order to familiarize themselves with what will be required.

Those two should offer anyone all the basic tools to make a full on-line flight without problems.
