Another great find I made while on holiday was the Jetstream 41 Simulator at the Old Liverpool Airport... The wonderful Art Deco airport terminal has now been turned into a top quality hotel (because the airport itself has moved a mile or two south east of the old airfield).
So if you're in the area of Liverpool any time soon, try the Marriott Liverpool South hotel and if you look in the rear car park, which used to be the apron, you'll see a Jetstream 41 parked there...

This is being preserved by the
Jetstream Club who have turned the cockpit into an educational flight simulator. It's open to individuals or groups to visit for free or to fly for a fee, and having tried it out, it's great fun!

They are also in the early stages of restoring a Bristol Britannia there and you can have a look round that too so a real treat for classic aviation fans

Does anyone else know of flightsim sites worth visiting? Post here so we can all support these worthwhile ventures
