Two weekends ago I submitted a pirep error report to fix a typo I put on a flight #. It seems that it is keeping my first tour award from my grasp. It has yet to be corrected. Yesterday I emailed kenny and I still have not heard from him, had the flight # corrected or my award. Is he on vacation? Is he really busy (trust me I would understand)? Is he not still the Hub manager? If I must be more patient then please let me know and I will be OK with it. This is not to be taken as a nasty poke at Kenny or any of the managment. It just seems that maybe I'm in the dark.

Sorry for not responding sooner but I been away a lot lately and summer is usually a very busy time for me.
