Questions about EHM GA fleet and Tours

Hello everybody,

Although I have gathered some hours flying scheduled flights in Euroharmony I have a couple of questions as it concerns Tours and GA fleet.

1. What is the process of submitting flights related to a Tour? I mean I am now flying the Tour of Greece. Do I have to submit each leg separately as it is completed or after having completed the whole Tour?

2. Non scheduled flights with the GA fleet and I mean a flight which of course does not appear in any schedule or any Tour can be submitted? The Ops manual is a bit confusded as it concerns the usage of the GA fleet. To make it simpler if a pilot wants to fly a flight on his/her own with e.g. a Cessna, can this flight be submitted?

3. I read there is a "Award Request Page". Maybe I am blind but I could not locate it.

1. You can submit each leg as it is or submit all the legs in one go when you've completed the tour......it's entirely up to you.....but remember each leg has to be reported on a different flight report

2. No you cannot submit the flight. What the OPs manual probably meant is that you can use the planes to fly around for things like exploration of the FS world but if it's not a scheduled flight in the timetable it cannot be reported. However there may be exceptions with online training etc.....not too clear about this last point

3. The award request page can be accessed from your pilot profile. Just log in to your profile and look at the service menu and click on the link to 'request award'
