Dear pilots,
A while ago, you were able to reclaim previous flight hours that you made at EuroHarmony VA.
After reviewing and discussing the possibilities to grant old flighthours to the pilots we came to the conclusion that it is nearly impossible to reactivate the pilot accounts with the old flight hours. Besides the fact that we cannot verify the hours that are being reclaimed, it is a large ammount of work to check every form. It would cause a large delay in the re-opening of the website. These reclaimed hours would also cause problems in the future with our scripts, because of various technical reasons.
We're very sorry that we cannot accept the reclaimed hours, but we hope that you'll still stay at EuroHarmony to have the best flight simulation experience every.

In summary, all hours will be reset and ranks will be reset to Firs Officer (FO). The hour requirements to advance in rank will stay the same.
