New for 2011: Beechcraft B1900D with VC

<< < (3/4) > >>

EHM-1997 Alexander:
Please copy the test extracted files that are missing from the fsx folder into it.

(you mentioned that the test extracted all the files, but that the fsx folder only had a cfg file).

EHM-2387 Eric-Jan:
On the off chance that you have one of the affected graphics cards, Ted, this may help:

in the file "aircraft.cfg" in the "ehmv4-fleet-B1900D" folder, you'll find a line that says:

--- Quote ---panel=B1900-1
//panel=B1900-2 //alternative panel

--- End quote ---
Change the "1" in "2", and you will use a different set of gauges, that was shipped along with the PAD product, because of some incompatibility issues...

Just make sure you have the "panel.b1900-1", and "panel.b1900-2" subfolders, filled with gauge files (*.gau + *.bmp) under the main B1900D folder first. If not, copy them from the temporary installation folder like Alexander said.

It's a slim chance, but if it works, it works!

EHM-2381 Ted:
Still borked.

Sim Objects folder

B1900 Folder (and loads of gauge files inside the folders as expected)

Selection Screen

And the cockpit  :'(

Any clues?

EHM-2381 Ted:
Great success...panel number 2 works  ;D

Not as pretty as panel 1 and the VC has a bug in the internal lighting where turning the NAV light on turns the lights off but not a problem lol.

EHM-1465 Dominic:
I'm glad it works now Ted ;)

I see what you mean about the NAV lights glitch but at least the panel lights switch works itself so that you can get them back on  :D
