As you can all see from the charts (I hope you have downloaded the charts and read them already, yeah?) there are 13 positions for normal medium planes plus the GA Apron for anyone else who wishes to join on the day.
So case solved on this one.

Now, on to the other topic:

Well what do you think about the pilots that do this 8 times daily with the RJ-100 that has NO AUTOTHROTTLE!!!

Ok mates I dont know if Im gonna make it, it seems an whale took a sh*t on me today... Both my laptop and my dekstop are having problems, network, cd rom issues, plus I gotta reinstall FS9 cos my copy isnt "registered" since I reinstalled windows (It runs, but IVAO will refuse to install on it cos it doesnt find the path on the registry)

So much to do >.<

Sorry bout the rant... :P

Hope to join you tomorrow and if not, happy flight everyone.

heheheh The RJ100 is a baby Elephant with 4 hairdryers strapped to it.... the A318 is a Hippo with reheat!!!!

I think the Jumbalino's flight dynamics lend themselves to this approach more, that and that very effective  tail brake!!!

There is a EuroBusiness A318 Elite available at the download pages.... Here is the direct link.... (if you have the page cached you may have to press F5 or Shift F5 to get it to show up depending on what browser you use!)

See you all in a few hours :)

I will make sure I put enough distance between you all on the ILS :P

Just in case you aren't aware, the speed restrictions on final approach you have to follow at City is 160kts until 6DME - So don't slow down too early! :)

Thanks Gaz, I just have a really bad feeling that I am going to have to have a couple of goes at it!!! LOL

Sorry Mariano, I think the best texture will be the Airbus House colours as this plane is not in the MTL or like you say, the A320 would be good but make sure you keep the type as an A318. (It will make the parking a bit tighter and might end up in the buildings as I am not sure the Apron will hold an A318.

Sorry guys, just blew it up... somehow.

Not sure what happened, I was climbing at 290KIAS and 2500fpm, the next time I checked the airspeed was 340 and increasing fast, I did not manage to get it back down in time.

It's funny because it did not look like a sudden wind change, I "felt" nothing just the airspeed going wild. So I may be responsible for this after all not the weather.

Trying to do better next time ( better than this should not be hard :'( )

Well, I blew the landing.... Set Autobrakes Min instead of Autobrakes MAX by mistake and ended up getting my feet wet, forunately everyone on board could swim. ;)

Hi Mariano,

that is correct mate. EHM-9999 is the standard PiRep number we give to our fly-ins.
Had you flown it with PP it would have been a different one but for all manual offline reports 9999 is good to go.

Ok so PIREP is filed and here are my few shots I got from the ground. Please remember I was like the 3rd last to land with Peter right behind me so I didnt catch his approach.
The album is located at http://s218.photobucket.com/albums/cc130/marianopicco/fly%20in/

Id post the images here but its probably too big and would lag everyone

Enjoy and see you next time!
