New panel for the Embraer 170

For those of you who fly the Embraer 170 you might want to have a look at this new panel that's just appeared on Avsim:

I've tried it out and it's got some unusual features including a partial FMC (which uses data from the FS9 GPS)... It also has pop-up main displays and quite a good overhead.

The only issue I have with it is that the documentation is all in German (I think it's German) which I can't read!

However all the controls are fairly standard, just make sure you enter 3 digits after the decimal point for radio frequencies as this had me stumped how to get the FMC to accept them for a while (i.e. enter 109.500). Use the FMC Line Select Keys (LSK) to highlight the standby frequency then enter the new value then hit the next LSK up to swap active/standby frequency.

Thank you Dominic these look really good. I can tell you that the new EuroHarmony Embraer is just knocking on the door. It is painted on the V3 model, not on the V2 that we have currently...also have an updated Flight Dynamics file, and equipped with the well-known Bill Grabowsky Embraer-145 panel. Although theat is not a real 170, but so far that was the best option.

We planned to release the fleet during IFC show, but I had too much workload, and in the last minute we still found some annoying bugs in the packages. We just did not want to release fixes, and that is the reason for delay. Hopefully with 1 week delay only, the new Embraer is coming this weekend
