Jav, which version of FS are you using at present, and which version of Windows are you running the FLogger under?

By the same token, do you have a single or multi-PC setup?

Javier,

Stand by this is a problem in the database.

Murray, We had this problem before when there was an incorrect country code inserted somewhere, i don't know how Bruno found it or where it was exactly but I pressed the update button this morning and I am now having the same problem.

Can you take a look and see if anything stands out, it must be something that has been added in to the DB in the last week as the problem did not occur previously, maybe something to do with the "add/edit aircraft feature"?????

**EDIT it only occurs for me when I press the update button!

Cheers,
Phil Nutt EHM 1703

Yes, I'm getting it as well this morning. I've gone into the aircraft table and removed the one record I know I added while testing the fleet management scripts and that's not fixed this, so I'm at a little bit of a loss as to what's gone wrong where...

Leave it with me for now though.

@Jav, I've not been paying a great deal of attention to this event (not taking part). Are you in any danger of missing the closing date on a flight?

UPDATE: Fixed! I'll raise the cause in the MT forum Phil. Jav, away you go ;)

Don't quote me or take this as gospel, but I think the site (or one of the many things that makes it all work) may have crashed and restarted itself... For a short while about 10 minutes ago I couldn't connect with my IDE (development tool) either. Given all the problems you've faced today, I'd be happy to extend the closing date on whichever leg it is you're "stuck" on.

the previous post was the first leg, is it possible to send the ACARS and PIREP over and somehow recalculate my PP score and moving the plane to EKCH? I'm tired to flying ESSA - EKCH again :] if its not possible, i'll just fly it again tomorrow :]

Unfortunately, with the way PP currently works, that's not possible. I'll make sure that the first leg is still available to you for tomorrow though.

Murray,
will the extension of these legs affect the start of the one to Lisbon?
My only chance to fly it is tomorrow morning as I am taking a flight to Bogota in the evening. Will be back on the 12th.

Good pilots keep their number of landings equal to their number of takeoffs. Takeoffs are optional but landings are Mandatory.

L'histoire se repete or in english the past is coming back to me.
As it is the 6th of april I wanted to fly to LSGG today with my beauty.
But guess what:(like what happened to me in the last Dakar event) nothing filled in on the possible airplane flights pageof PP.
So I am stuck on LKPR :$
Please help

Sorry I couldn't join guys. Even if I wasn't on holiday during the first few legs, I've got exams later and have to study hard:[

Good luck to all the participants!

You wonder which is the most stupid thing to do during an EHM event? Well, don't any longer because I just did it last week-end...

My intention was to fly the event leg to Geneve (and possibly the one to Lisbon too) last Sunday. With this in mind, guess what I decided to do on Saturday afternoon? A ProPilot flight to ATLANTA. If you don't get the catch yet, imagine what happened a little later when I tried to lock the event leg to Prague... the travelling mode rule, of course!

I was aware of this rule but was never "hit" by it so I let it slip off my mind. Won't happen again, I swear.

I spent the next hour trying to devise some plan that would get me to Prague, which was a little difficult too as I am not familiar enough with the class 7 aircraft to fly these on ProPilot.

Note that it was only my 2nd ProPilot flight outside Europe, but it had to happen that day. This is some bad luck!

Finally I found a working plan: KATL-EHAM with an A310 then EHAM-LKPR with a F70. These aircraft were available, but this would require me to fly all night - so I gave up.

I did not dare to tell my sad story before I finally flew the event leg to Geneva yesterday, now it looks more funny than annoying.

Just make sure you do not as I did - or face the consequences ;D

And do not forget to set INS to NAV mode before pushback ! I realized both my INS were gone crazy while wanted to turn them on mid-air... Those were still in Align while I started taxi, but I hoped that small movement will not effect the performance ;) I was wrong, and I had to fly the route to Geneva following VOR stations :s ... at least the flight was short and the flightplan was ready ;D

Uuuugh. Due to my inconvenient divorce-swapping-houses thing going on I couldn't fly the first leg in time... had it all planned out too :|
